Art Associates is currently seeking Technical Health Advisors interested in long- or short-term positions for an upcoming USAID-funded Health Systems Strengthening project in Jakarta. Interested candidates should have prior experience working on USAID-funded health programs and/or experience working in the health sector in Indonesia. All positions are contingent upon successful award of a contract.
Technical areas include:
- Capacity Building and Training
- Health Finance and Economics
- Health Management Information Systems
- Health Policy and Advocacy Quality Assurance
Qualifications: Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience and a masters’ degree in public health or other relevant field.
Abt Associates is also seeking a Senior Technical Advisor/Health Systems Strengthening to assist with the daily management of the project, emphasizing financial and operational management capacity. The Senior Technical Advisor will provide daily oversight of the program on the macro level and supervise technical staff that will implement finance, operation, and management capacity building, and complete monitoring and evaluation of program activities. Candidates for this position should have at least 7 years of relevant work experience, a master’, degree in public health or other relevant field, and experience managing USAID programs.
