To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a highly motivated individual for immediate employment for the position of:
RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT (Code: RCP)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all office reception/front office functions
- Assist with office management support
- Provide inter-departmental support on administrative and services functions
Requirements:
- Female, age 20 – 35
- D3 or S1 graduate from Secretarial Academy, Business Administration or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Well-versed in telephone etiquette
- Familiar with MS Windows
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional, pleasant personality and presentable
- Resourceful and helpful, with excellent communication skills
- Able to work well with other people in a multi-discipline environment
- Immediate availability
Candidate must be willing to be hired on a one-year contract basis under a third-party contractor.
