Consultant Coordinator Knowledge Exchange and Adoption
The Coordinator, Knowledge Exchange and Adoption, will have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
- At least a masters degree in a discipline relevant to journalism, communications and/or participatory development and/or relevant experience;
- At least five years experience in program implementation relevant to knowledge exchange and/or communications for development;
- At least three years experience in organizational or project leadership;
- Well developed leadership skills including the ability to analyze and shape strategic direction, ensure achievement of results, build and maintain internal and external relationships, demonstrate personal drive and integrity, and communicate with influence both in writing and verbally;
- Well developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to organize and ensure the quality and timely delivery of the work of others;
- Good understanding of development issues, especially Eastern Indonesia context, dynamics and sensitivity to culture; and
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
