We invite an outstanding individual to join us as the
Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner and Asia Pacific Head of A.T. Kearney based in Jakarta.
Our administrative assistants are known for their highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with the consultants and senior management of the firm.
The primary functions of the Secretary will include the following:
- Provide effective and efficient administration support to the Managing Partner and other consultants including travel arrangements, managing schedule and calendar, arranging conference calls, setting appointments with internal and external clients, maintaining client contact database
- Help coordinate the Jakarta office services activities in a cost effective and responsive manner, including managing the office stationeries and general office maintenance, conference room setup, providing reception service, managing visitor coordination and helping to do travel arrangements for the consultants.
We seek candidates with the following:
- High fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Superior academic and extra-curricular track record
- A strong command of Microsoft office tools, internet and email
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- High energy and proven capability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills as she or he will be ‘liaising with other administrative assistants in other A.T. Kearney offices globally
- Flexibility and skills in working in multi cultural environments
