- Works with HR executive to understand manpower needs and works within headcount limitations to ensure timely recruitment of capable employees
- Administers new employee registration process and termination process
- Maintains company personnel file of all employees and file transactions
- Assist HR executive to deal with staff issues according to company policy and Labor contract law
- Assist to prepare and organize activities
