1 OPERATIONS MANAGER (Code: OPS01)
- To manage in-country operations across multiple production assets in order to maximize asset value realization, including production, maintenance, reservoir engineering and well operations functions.
- To monitor the overall production value maximization, technical integrity, safety and environmental impact reduction of production and maintenance operations as well as meeting production targets and development strategies.
- The candidate should have a degree in Engineering, a minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry and 10 years of offshore! onshore operations experience.
2 SENIOR RESERVOIR ENGINEER (Code: RES01)
- To build reservoir models and carry out simulations to evaluate the possible development scenarios and associated reserve profiles
- To carry out Reservoir Engineering Studies
- To cooperate with Reservoir Geologists, Petroleum/Facilities Engineers and Economic Evaluators in the construction of integrated reservoir models
- To prepare Plans of Development for the company’s assets
- The candidate should have a degree in Petroleum Engineering, at least 10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry as Reservoir Engineer including practical experience in field operations.
3 BUSINESS ANALYST (Code: COM01)
- To develop economic model to assess the value of exploration and development projects
- To provide economic analysis of the company’s assets or data requested by Head Office
- To analyze the economics of explorations prospects, perform Releasex analysis, decision tree analysis and provide specific studies for the management
- To evaluate new business opportunities for oil and gas exploration & exploitation
- The candidate should have a degree in Engineering or Economics, 3 years working experience in oil and gas companies and multinational company with exposure to plan, monitor, analyze, budgeting and reporting.
4 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR (Code: COM02)
- To coordinate the evaluation of new business opportunities for oil and gas exploration & exploitation
- To supervise economics of exploration and development assets
- To ensure compliance of the approval process for agreements related to the new business opportunities with relevant eni Indonesia and local regulations requirements
- To liaise with exploration, development, legal and finance functions to review agreements related new business opportunities
- The candidate should have a degree in Engineering or Reservoir with sounded experience in project economics, at least 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and/or working in a multinational company with significant exposure to exploration prospects identification, economic analysis, and business development.
5 ONSHORE WP LEADER (Code: PDV01)
- To manage the Execution of Onshore Facilities Work Package (ORF) in accordance with the overall project Development Plan
- Actively contribute design, perform constructability reviews and follow up contractors engineering, construction and pre-commissioning plan preparation
- To identify and adopt correct HSE standards according to company procedures, local norms and legislation
- To support Project Manager and the development team
- The candidate should have a degree in Engineering, an experience in Project Engineering for Onshore facilities, a minimum 7 years of working experience in oil & gas industry, both offshore and onshore and a minimum of 5 years of working experience with contractors.
6 INTERFACE ENGINEER (Code: PDV02)
- To control the flow of technical data across one or more project work/ package/contractor interfaces
- To ensure that interfaces are formally closed and approved by all parties before the design is frozen
- To monitor, update and record revision and status of interfaces
- The candidate should have a degree in Engineering, with relevant experience in Project Engineering and a minimum 7 years of working in oil & gas industry for both offshore and onshore with a minimum of 5 years of working experience with contractors
7 FEED REP. ENGINEER~ MECHANICAL SPV (Code: PDV03)
- FEED Stage
- To support Company WP Leader and Project Manager in managing and supervising FEED Contract Management Teams (FCMT) package to ensure proper liaison through timely, effective and complete flow of information between Company and FCMT and to monitor alignment of FCMT with contractual terms, conditions and Company requirements At FEED completion and before starting the Execution the role will be converted into Mechanical Supervisor
- EPCI Stage
- To review and approve the specification, design and supply (by contractors) of static mechanical equipment (vessels and piping) in onshore/offshore production facilities, ensuring that it meets Project objectives, industry standards and best practice for safety, reliability and cost
- The candidate should have a degree in Mechanical/Pipeline Engineering and a minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry
8 FEED REP. ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL SPV (Code: PDV04)
- FEED Stage
- To support Company WP Leader and Project Manager in managing and supervising FEED Contract Management Teams (FCMT) package to ensure proper liaison through timely, effective and complete flow of information between Company and FCMT and to monitor alignment of FCMT with contractual terms, conditions and Company requirements At FEED completion and before starting the Execution the role will be converted into Electrical Supervisor
- EPCI Stage
- To review and approve the specification, design and supply (by contractors) of electrical equipment and systems in subsea production facilities, ensuring that it meets project objectives, industry standards and best practice for safety, reliability and cost
- The candidate should have a degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum 7 years experience in the oil and gas industry
9 FEED REP. ENGINEER – INSTALLATION ENGINEER (Code: PDV05)
- FEED Stage
- To support Company WP Leader and Project Manager in managing and supervising FEED Contract Management Teams (FCMT) package to ensure proper liaison through timely, effective and complete flow of information between Company and FCMT and to monitor alignment of FCMT with contractual terms, conditions and Company requirements. At FEED completion and before starting the Execution the role will be converted into Installation Engineer
- EPCI Stage
- To supervise offshore FPU, flowline and riser, umbilical and subsea systems installation activities, monitoring contractor performance, assuring the application of all the relevant HSEQ and QA procedures, and providing technical support as required
- The candidate should have a degree in Mechanical/Pipeline Engineering and a minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry
10 FEED REP. ENGINEER- PIPELINE & RISER ENGINEER (Code: PDV06)

- To be responsible for representing the operations function during the project development and design, including the overall planning for the transition to commissioning and production operations.
- To provide the operational input to the development of new facilities as well as leading the development and implementation of Operations Assurance plans
- To develop operations & maintenance strategies and plans

- To provide specialist pipeline engineering input into the conceptual, front end and/or detailed engineering design of offshore and onshore field development projects

- To contribute in preparing EPCI ITTs and bids technical evaluations

13 MECHANICAL ENGINEER MACHINERY (Code: FAC02)
- To support the development team in all aspects of complete power generation systems, compressor islands stations, pumps, turbines and other dynamic equipments design according to engineering best practices and international standards
- To contribute in selecting the best technical and economical solution for production facilities rotating equipment systems, ensuring that design meets project requirements
- To contribute in preparing EPCI ITTs and bids technical evaluations
- The candidate should have a degree In Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum 5 years of oil and gas industry experience and 5 years machinery engineer experience
14 GOVERNMENT RELATION (Code: GOV01)
- To manage the official communication with the Government of Indonesia, with the community in the area of Company operation and to support the business.
- Excellent communication skill, mature, self starter and have a comprehensive understanding on the Indonesian PSC system.
- To deal mainly with the external stakeholder.
- The candidate must have a Technical/Engineering background, have a minimum 7 years of oil and gas industry experience and a minimum of 5 years experience as government/external relation
15 BUSINESS SUPPORT (Code: GOV02)
- To support all business activities in Indonesia, with strong administration skill of the process. Excellent understanding on the legal and upstream business systems in Indonesia.
- Posses an analytical ability of the upstream industry trend.
- The candidate must have a Legal background, have a minimum 5 years experience preferably in the oil and gas industry and understands the upstream industry.
16 HSES PROJECT LEADER (Code: HSE01)
- To develop and ensure the implementation of HSE policy and procedures for offshore development project
- To monitor the implementation of HSE activities of the development project
- To advice project team on HSE aspects
- To ensure compliance of project HSE with relevant regulations and ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements
- The candidate should have a minimum 10 years of relevant experience in offshore oil and gas development project, have experience in the implementation of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification and thorough knowledge of Indonesia regulations and International standards related to oil and gas projects
17 QA/QC ENGINEER (Code: HSE02)
- To develop and implement Quality Policy and the associated Quality Assurance systems. To develop quality control standards,

18 EPC CONTRACT SPECIALIST (URF/SPS/FPU) (Code: PRC01)

20 COST CONTROLLER (Code: PSV02)
- To provide project management with accurate and timely project cost reports, verifying cost performance against plan, and identifying areas of potential budget overrun requiring corrective action
- To assure project budgeting and cost control during the various project phases are properly in place, including verifications of contractor cost estimates and cost reports
- To prepare budget and cost control procedure as well as cost breakdown structure
- The candidate must have an Engineering or technical degree, experience in Project Controls, have a minimum 5 years of oil and gas industry experience, both offshore and onshore, a minimum3 years experience of working in a similar position and experience of working with contractors
21 SECRETARY (SECR)
- Perform secretarial functions and office administration duties as of, but not limited to, organizing and prioritizing communications flow, documents translation and proper filing, logistic support to personnel in visit, business travel arrangements, personnel leave balance, regular reporting, transmittals, expense claims, Material & Services Requisitions, vacation/training/mission planning.
- The candidate should have a Secretarial Education Diploma and have a minimum of 5 years experience as a secretary
General Requirement
You most be a good communicator and high motivated with highly effective multi-disciplinary team work skills. Good analytical skill as well as effective communication with other relevant internal and external parties. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
