Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The IT Support Analyst’s main responsibilities will include:
- Providing second-level (L2) IT technical support to end-users, swiftly resolving technical issues, and ensuring that L3AP operates at peak efficiency during this crucial period.
- Diagnosing and responding to L2 support tickets, troubleshooting complex problems, and resolving incidents efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of support activities, troubleshooting steps, and solutions, which is essential for knowledge transfer once Hady’s replacement is in place.
- Conducting root cause analysis on recurring IT incidents, identifying underlying technical issues, and implementing effective solutions to prevent future disruptions.
- Collaborating closely with the technical support team to develop and implement permanent solutions to recurring issues, ensuring that L3AP’s operations remain seamless.
- Recommending and implementing corrective actions to improve system performance and reliability, thereby supporting the overall success of the L3AP’s expanded role.

- Previous experience in IT support or similar technical roles, ensuring they can immediately contribute to the team.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, delivering timely and effective technical solutions as L3AP continues to grow.
