Our client is a US Bank, now is looking for the application of Network Manager
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the administration of LAN/WAN server, network infrastructure planning and execution and voice/telecommunication system setting and planning
* Provides technical support to develop and maintains IT services of the company and within Asia Pacific region offices
* Provides engineering consultancy by evaluating, designing and maintaining existing or proposed data telecommunications systems more efficiently. Determines user needs and identifies appropriate hardware to be used
* Takes care of the LAN/WAN server and related issues of such platform. Offers appropriate assistance to the local users and those users within Asia Pacific region
* Plans and executes data network infrastructure for the Asia Pacific region offices
* Plans and sets up the voice system and telecommunication facilities for the Asia Pacific region and takes care of all the technical issues raised within the region
* Analyzes the business needs and future plans of Asia Pacific region of the Bank to identify the telecommunications requirements of the region to meet the Bank’s present and future needs and development
* Recommends and designs enhancements to the telecommunications system
* Schedules technical and operational projects
* Monitors the operations and performance of data telecommunications systems and services received from vendors
* Maintains effective communication between data services personnel and the users of data services and systems
* Maintains data security of the data network and appropriate security levels for voice systems and ensures full compliance with legal and regulatory environments when implementing solutions
* Member of the DR project and coordinates to set up corresponding facilities and infrastructure for the site
Requirements:
* University degree in Information Technology or equivalent
* With 5-7 years’ relevant experience in telecommunications and data networking
* Requires board knowledge in planning, installing and operating telecommunications/data networks
* Proficient in PC operation, good knowledge in NT/LAN/WAN, Microsoft programs & data network and voice system
* With experience in Cisco Call Manager
* Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
* Knowledge of Mandarin is preferable
