We are a public company which operates in the Oil and Gas field services sector. The Company provides onshore and offshore drilling services to oil and gas producers and other related services. The Company operates a fleet of drilling units comprises submersible swamp barges and jack-up drilling rigs
We are looking for qualified candidates for the following position:
Rig Manager
(Offshore Operations, Indonesia)
Objectives:
Responsible for the execution of drilling operations for all rigs under area of responsibility according to established operational procedures and HSE standards. Will report to the Offshore Operation Manager.
Requirements:
- Have minimum 5 years of experience in the same position
- Have valid IWCF/ IADC level 4 certification
- Have valid BOSIET certification
- Sound technical knowledge of Well Control Equipment and processes
- Sound technical knowledge of drilling equipment & drilling process for Offshore Drilling Rig’s (will be preferable experience on Jack Up Rigs i.e. JU2000e, BMC400 etc. with min. 3000 HP capacity)
- Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency systems and procedures
- Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
- Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig practices
- Legislative safe work practice knowledge
- Practical knowledge on budgeting and cost control
- Able to work under pressure/time management
- Proficiency in English (written & oral). Indonesia Bahasa will be a plus.
