Senior Sales Manager
The successful candidate will report to the General Manager. He/She will:
- Prepare, develop, implement and manage annual budget and marketing plan
- Grow share of market and increase Company revenue
- Analyze and identify business opportunities
- Achieve agreed budget objectives
- Develop, build and manage client relationships
You must have
- Degree in marketing related discipline from a reputable university
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably in the Training Consulting or Service Industry with clientele base
- Strategic and yet hands-on
- Experienced in a management capacity with profit responsibility
- Must be dynamic and resourceful with excellent sales and leadership qualities
- Proven track record in managing a successful business unit and achieving revenue targets
- Able to work with team and under pressure
- Have high energy, initiative and be flexible
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
