We are looking for the best that is out there to rise up to the challenge, to stand up and deliver as per the demands of this thriving business.  As the title suggests, you will assist the Senior Change Manager and the group in deploying and implementing standardised, modular change management methodology. You will identify, analyse, implement and support the formulation of high-calibre tools, templates and activities for all change management methodology modules in all Asian geographies. Working closely with the Analyst-Change Management and Manager – People Development, you will present logic driven analysis and ideas on how to improve the deployment of the standardised change strategy. Coordinating with the project team and the communication team, you will create two way communications that suit selected channels, audiences, timing and outcomes, and actively participate in developing stakeholder buy-in, evaluating the outcome of all change related activities.

Additionally, you will be required to initiate, establish and maintain effective working networks and relationships with in-country teams and stakeholders assisting in the delivery of the overall Change Management toolset. Innovative ideas towards providing eLearning and sustainable solutions to change management approach and assistance in building strategic capabilities are the other defining features of this exciting role. It helps to have an in depth knowledge of ANZ businesses and the future direction, in order to incorporate appropriate tools and components. Liaison with external professional bodies, emerging trends and local requirements will go a long way in realizing the vision of a successful global business.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a proven track record of 1 – 4 years in project delivery specifically in change analysis, development, delivery and strategy roles, either in a corporate strategy function, or consulting to corporate clients, with a reputation for building strong business relationships and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries. Technology savvy, you are expected to have a sound working knowledge of software used in developing support tools e.g. flash, PowerPoint, elearning tools. Your problem solving skills combined with an ability to exert a positive influence on people makes you the ideal candidate for this coveted role.
