Technical Support
Responsibilities
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Providing quality Customer Service and follow-ups
- Providing 1st level of support for hardware and software in desktop environment and office applications
- Data Entry
Requirement
- Minimum IT in Diploma or equivalent
- Candidates who do not have the min qualification but have good troubleshooting skills will be considered!
- Prior experience/ Internship experience in 1st Level troubleshooting is preferred!
- Customer Service orientated
- able to perform rotational shifts and roastered duty!
- Speaks Fluent English and Chinese prefered but not a MUST!
- Mandarin Speaking required due to requirements to speaks with Chinese speaking Customers
- ONLY Singaporean or Singapore PR!
